REFUND POLICY: You may cancel your full enrollment and payments at anytime. One refund for 50% of the amount you've paid so far will be given only if you cancel before your second lesson. After that, no refunds will be given or offered regardless of cancellation. A cancellation immediately stops all access to all the classes. No exceptions (non-negotiable.)
MAKE-UP CLASSES: Students are allowed 1 make-up class per full 1-month session. After that, students are required to make up any work they missed on their own time. If enough work is missed, students may be required to retake the full class before a passing grade is granted, and before they are allowed to move on and advance to other available classes.
